At Amour de Minuit, all items are made to order just for you. Because each piece is custom-produced, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. With that said; we are an empathetic bunch and understand that best intentions can still go wayward. 

We do accept return requests for:

• Defective items
• Misprinted or incorrect designs
• Damaged items received

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items:

• Items returned without prior authorization
• Items outside the 30-day window
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days once approved.
